Customer Support Digital Beauty Advisor

We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and customer-obsessed Digital Beauty Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will live in the social ecosystem, acting as the voice of our brand across major platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. You will be responsible for providing exceptional consumer experiences, engaging proactively with our community, and funneling valuable insights back to our brand and care teams. ***Must reside in Eastern Standard Timezone (EST) for consideration*** Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1–2 years of professional social media engagement experience
• Interest in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to compose clear, custom consumer-facing responses
• High level of organization, adaptability, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
• Flexibility to support business needs, including working outside standard hours and weekends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

salary: $20 - $29 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Social Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for fans and followers, providing timely, high-quality responses across all public channels.
• Strategy & Insight: Analyze consumer feedback and social trends to provide strategic recommendations that influence purchase decisions and improve service policies.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain established reply rates and sentiment goals. Monitor KPIs via industry-standard social management tools to ensure brand standards are met.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to escalate critical complaints and support product development through clear, actionable documentation.
