Job Purpose

The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining data across company systems and databases. This role ensures data integrity, identifies inconsistencies, generates reports, and supports business operations by providing reliable information for decision-making.

What you will do...

• Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and other business applications.

• Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

• Perform data validation and quality checks to identify and correct errors.

• Compile, organize, and analyze information from multiple sources.

• Generate reports and summaries for management and stakeholders.

• Maintain data confidentiality and comply with company policies and regulations.

• Monitor data quality metrics and recommend process improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies.

• Support audits by providing accurate records and documentation.

• Identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improving data management processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

• 1-3 years of experience in data entry, data management, or administrative support.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Experience working with databases, CRM systems, or ERP platforms.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Skills

• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.

• Familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices.

• Experience in operations, finance, healthcare, customer success, or other data-driven environments.
