Inside Sales Representative

Inside Sales Representative Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is part of the Commercial Sales team. The role focuses on growing sales by making effective outbound calls and receiving inbound calls while positioning Arcwood solutions to win business. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies and maintaining safe practices. Proactively makes outbound calls to assigned customers to understand needs and position Arcwood capabilities. Utilizes and manages CRM tools to track call activity such as outbound and inbound call metrics, contact management and customer information. Develops and maintains accurate sales pipeline and works active opportunities to close. Executes focused call campaigns to grow key customer targets. Grows existing customer bases by expanding share of wallet while prospecting new customers. Manages waste profiles and approvals to ensure timely customer experience. Executes key pricing strategies that present value to customers while preserving profitable growth. Delivers daily and weekly outbound metrics as prescribed. Takes on additional duties as assigned. Education Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, statistics or related field (required). Experience 1-3 years of related experience in sales or customer experience. Experience with and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, PowerBI or similar tools (required).
