Role Description

This is a part time, potentially full-time hybrid role for a Front Office Specialist with a mental health practice. Based in Tulsa, OK, the position will involve a mix of in-office and remote work. Responsibilities include managing phone communications, client placement and appointment scheduling, providing exceptional customer service, office facility management, insurance verifications staff credentialing, and performing receptionist duties. The Front Office Specialist will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients, a supporting connection for team members, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily office tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and professionals
• Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties, with attention to detail and organization
• Proven ability to provide exceptional Customer Service in a client-focused environment
• Proficiency in basic computer and office software systems
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with mental health or medical office procedures and insurance knowledge is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training or certification in administrative tasks is a plus
