  brick and mortar practices, becoming an extension of those clinicians. Providing inbox coverage for clinicians who are out of office, managing refill requests, performing virtual visits and

  , and taking care of chronic conditions
  
  
  
  
  during the day
  
  
  
  
  , the
  
  
  
  
  APP
  
  
  
  
  will support their affiliated practice colleagues to truly disconnect when they are not in office,

  seamless care to patients and families. This

  Advanced Practice Clinicians, supported by the physician team.
