Blossom ABA Therapy is growing, and we’re looking for a BCBA to join our team in a flexible hybrid (mix of in-person and remote) role! This is not a fully remote position.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, complete reassessments, and update programs based on client progress and clinical needs.

• Provide a combination of telehealth and in-person services based on client, clinical, and program requirements.

• Review and analyze clinical data to make timely, evidence-based treatment decisions.

• Supervise RBTs and BTs through observation, coaching, training, and meaningful performance feedback.

• Collaborate with caregivers, families, schools, and other professionals to promote consistency and progress across settings.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with payer, privacy, telehealth, and state requirements.

• Proactively communicate any scheduling, technology, travel, or service-related barriers.

What We’re Looking For

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.

• Active GA LBA.

• Must live within 50 miles of GA.

• Experience with clinical supervision, treatment planning, data analysis, and caregiver collaboration.

• Reliable internet access and a private, professional environment suitable for telehealth.

• Ability and willingness to travel for required in-person services.

• Strong organizational skills, independence, and responsive communication.
