Quality Assurance Manager

Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance / Testing 5+ years of experience in a QA Lead / QA Manager / Test Manager role Strong hands-on experience with Playwright Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver Experience developing and maintaining UI automation frameworks Strong knowledge of web application testing Experience testing e-commerce / online shopping platforms Experience with Shopify or Shopify-like platforms, online stores, digital commerce, or customer-facing shopping applications Experience testing: Product catalog Product search/filtering Shopping cart Checkout Payments Promotions/coupons Order management Customer accounts Inventory/order workflows Strong knowledge of functional, regression, integration, API and end-to-end testing Experience with REST APIs / API testing Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Ability to lead QA engineers, establish test strategy, define automation standards and manage releases Strong defect management and root-cause analysis skills Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills Nice to Have Selenium with Java/Python/C# Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools Experience with Jira Experience testing cloud-based applications/AWS/Azure Experience with mobile/responsive web testing #J-18808-Ljbffr Bright Matrix Global
