Production Technician

1st Shift | Amherst, NY

$1,500 Sign-On Bonus

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Optional Overtime

Looking for a hands-on manufacturing role in a clean, climate-controlled environment? We're hiring Production Technicians to assemble, test, and inspect high-precision sensor products used in aerospace, automotive, industrial automation, and advanced manufacturing industries.

• Assemble, test, calibrate, and inspect precision electronic products
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and engineering drawings
• Perform soldering, mechanical assembly, and adhesive bonding
• Use microscopes and small hand tools for detailed assembly work
• Conduct quality inspections and functional testing
• Operate basic production and calibration equipment
• Document work performed and report quality issues as needed

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work with small, precision components
• Good hand dexterity and fine motor skills
• Ability to follow written instructions and procedures
• Comfortable working in a quality-focused manufacturing environment

• Soldering electronic components
• Electronics or sensor manufacturing
• Working with oscilloscopes or testing equipment
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments
• Inspection, testing, or calibration experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Amherst, NY.

The pay range for this position is $20.83 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
