CDL A Driver - Regional, Touch, $29.50/hr TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver to support local operations based in Kansas City, MO. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver‑focused team. Route & Load Details Pay: $29.50/hr plus overtime after 40 hours Route Type: Regional Equipment: 53' tractor trailer Handling: Heavy Touch Freight, two wheeler Schedule Monday‑Saturday. Driver will be dispatched between midnight and 6am. Drivers have home daily routes but may have to do 1 to 3 overnight a week. Drivers receive their schedule for the week the Friday before the upcoming week. CDL A Driver Responsibilities Driver will operate an automatic 53' dry van. Overnight, drivers will be in a sleeper cab truck. Drivers will operate within a 700-mile radius of Kansas City, hauling clothing and other small household items such as end tables and coffee tables. This is heavy touch and includes unloading objects that can weigh up to 70 lbs. There will be 300–700 cases on the truck. The driver will back into the dock and unload the cases onto a conveyor belt using a two‑wheeler and by hand.
