We are seeking two (2) Shipping Supervisors responsible for daily shipping operations and ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, safety, and internal operational standards. Responsibilities
We are seeking two (2) Shipping Supervisors responsible for daily shipping operations and ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, safety, and internal operational standards. Responsibilities
- Report to Shipping Manager
- Supervise, train, and coach shipping personnel
- Conduct safety, GMP, and SOP meetings
- Coordinate staffing and schedules to meet shipping volumes
- Enforce SQF, HACCP, GMP, food safety, quality, and safety programs
- Maintain shipping records and operational data
- Address employee issues and escalate to Human Resources as needed
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
- 1-3 years relevant shipping or supervisory experience
- Food Manufacturing and/or Distribution
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
- Full-time; refrigerated warehouse environment (~38°F)
- Rotating Weekend Schedule
- 5 Days/Week (Rotating Weekends)
- Must pass all pre-employment screenings
- WMS / ERP experience preferred
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Material handling equipment and vehicles (as licensed/approved)
