Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.The Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems (CUAS) business area within Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Manager (M5) to join our team.The role will lead the international and strategy portfolios for CUAS, providing leadership, development, and direction to the various programs and strategic pursuits. The role will lead all facets of finance for the portfolios: including Program Controls, Earned Value management, Customer and Gate reviews, Proposals, Estimates at Complete (EACs), Annual Operating Plan, Long Range Strategic Plan, Investments, Overhead, and Risk and Opportunity. The candidate will have a high level of business acumen and will work across functions and levels of the organization, including Senior CUAS Leadership, and provide leadership, development, and direction to a growing team of finance managers and professionals. A successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate results through predictable forecasts, Risk and Opportunity (R&O) management, EAC process, robust Program Reviews, and timely flow of information to the organization. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a key and trusted business partner to the CUAS organization and provide key business decision support.This role is being offered in a hybrid capacity (onsite & remote) with the preferred candidate located within a commutable distance to Andover, MA. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
