Contract Details:
- Position Type: Contract
- Contract Duration: 3 months
- Pay Rate: $77.00 / Hour (USD)
- Shift / Schedule: 3x12 Days; shift start times can vary — either 6:45 AM–7:15 PM or 9:00 AM–9:30 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 60 hours per 2 weeks — traveler can be called off for 1, 12-hour shift per 2 weeks
- Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Job Summary:
This is a 13-week travel contract for a Registered Nurse specializing in the Operating Room at an acute hospital in Anchorage, AK. The facility is a Magnet Facility, Level II Trauma Center, and a USNWR Best Hospital in Alaska with 407 total staffed beds. First-time travelers are not accepted for this assignment.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience required
- On-call limited to coverage for call-offs only
- Weekend availability required
- May be required to float to like units within scope to meet facility needs
- Proficiency with Epic charting system
Education Requirements:
- AK RN License required (must be in hand for Auto Offer; pending license accepted for submittal but not for auto offer)
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification preferred
- CNOR certification preferred

- RTO Restrictions: Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer. All RTO must be included in submittal.
