Contract Details:

• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 3 months
• Pay Rate: $77.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: 3x12 Days; shift start times can vary — either 6:45 AM–7:15 PM or 9:00 AM–9:30 PM
• Guaranteed Hours: 60 hours per 2 weeks — traveler can be called off for 1, 12-hour shift per 2 weeks
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary:

This is a 13-week travel contract for a Registered Nurse specializing in the Operating Room at an acute hospital in Anchorage, AK. The facility is a Magnet Facility, Level II Trauma Center, and a USNWR Best Hospital in Alaska with 407 total staffed beds. First-time travelers are not accepted for this assignment.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience required
• On-call limited to coverage for call-offs only
• Weekend availability required
• May be required to float to like units within scope to meet facility needs
• Proficiency with Epic charting system

Education Requirements:

• AK RN License required (must be in hand for Auto Offer; pending license accepted for submittal but not for auto offer)
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• CNOR certification preferred

• Auto Offer: Yes — AK RN license must be in hand at time of offer
• Locals Accepted: No — candidate's permanent address must be at least 50 miles from facility
• Block Schedule: Not available for this assignment
• RTO Restrictions: Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer. All RTO must be included in submittal.
