Key Skills & Responsibilities Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift; handle check‑ins, reservations, and late‑night questions. Own the night audit; balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure every number is accurate. Conduct regular security walks; keep the property safe and encourage a calm environment. Create daily reports including the Daily Flash Report to give management an inside scoop. Collaborate with other departments to keep operations smooth and service top‑notch. Use Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing tools to solve problems independently. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
