Position Overview

Cleveland Clinic Indian River Behavioral Health Center – Vero Beach, Florida is seeking ABPN board‑certified Adult Inpatient Psychiatrists to join our growing team. The role will lead clinicians in a 36‑bed inpatient unit while expanding neuropsychiatry and geropsychiatry services. Expertise in geriatric psychiatry and ECT certification are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead inpatient psychiatry team and supervise clinicians.
• Provide inpatient coverage and develop two half‑day outpatient clinics per week.
• Focus on bridge clinic follow‑up visits and intensive outpatient program referrals.
• Optionally serve as medical director of the Behavioral Health Center for CCIR.
• Handle weekend call approximately 1 in 4 weekends with cross‑coverage.

Qualifications

• ABPN board‑certified Adult Inpatient Psychiatrist.
• Experience in inpatient psychiatry operations preferred.
• Geriatric psychiatry expertise highly desired.
• ECT certification strongly preferred.
