Job Description Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful execution of various events. As Event Staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring that events run smoothly from start to finish by providing exceptional support and assistance in a fast-paced environment. T Responsibilities Assist in the setup and breakdown of event venues including arranging furniture and equipment. Welcome guests and provide information or directions as needed to ensure a positive experience. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and event organizers to facilitate smooth operations. Monitor attendee behavior and ensure compliance with event rules and safety regulations. Manage registration desks, check-in processes, and distribution of event materials or badges. Qualifications Requirements Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Physically able to stand or walk for extended periods and lift moderate quantities of equipment. Previous experience in event staffing, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
