Pain Management Physician Assistant

Physician Assistant (Pain Management) - Flagstaff, AZ Job Type: Full-time (On-site) Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM No weekends or on-call requirements Caseload: Approximately 35-40 patients per day (mix of new and follow-up) EMR: eClinicalWorks (ECW) We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team in a full-time role focused on pain management. The ideal candidate should have a solid clinical background in chronic pain, orthopedic spine, or interventional pain procedures, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive physical exams and collect detailed patient histories Assess, diagnose, and manage chronic pain conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Interpret diagnostic and lab results to support treatment planning Prescribe and manage controlled substances in accordance with pain management protocols Collaborate closely with physicians and the broader care team Maintain accurate documentation using ECW to ensure continuity of care Qualifications: Completion of an accredited NP/PA program in the U.S. Valid Arizona license, DEA registration (Schedule II-IV), and NPI Prior experience in chronic pain, spine, orthopedics, or interventional procedures required.
