Maximus TCS (Technology and Consulting Services) Internal Job Profile Code: TCS220, T4, Band 7 Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Provide hands-on support for enterprise server and virtualization environments across distributed infrastructure platforms.- Plan, build, deploy, and maintain systems across Windows, Linux/Unix, and virtualized environments, including Hyper V clusters and Wintel platforms.- Execute system provisioning, configuration, patching, and lifecycle management activities to ensure stable and secure operations.- Monitor system performance, availability, and health, identifying and resolving issues to maintain continuous operations.- Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting, break-fix support, and service restoration across infrastructure components.- Support virtualization operations, including VM provisioning, image building, and management using tools such as SCCM and related platforms.- Assist with system migrations across data centers, on-premises environments, and cloud platforms while minimizing disruption.- Coordinate with security, network, and operations teams to maintain compliance and protect system integrity.- Support disaster recovery readiness by maintaining runbooks, executing backup validation, and supporting recovery activities during incidents.- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and reporting artifacts to support auditability and consistent service delivery.Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust is required.
