Compressor Technician

Description
- Maintain and troubleshoot compressors, VRUs, flares, combustors, and associated equipment.
- Support the Compressor Foreman with daily operations and field projects.
- Coordinate contractor activities and equipment repair schedules.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify operational issues.
- Review preventive maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
- Track equipment inventory and verify delivered materials.
- Review and approve maintenance invoices.
- Work with Engineering to standardize compression facilities.
- Ensure compliance with company safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with Operations, Engineering, vendors, and contractors.
- Minimum 3 years of compressor and/or VRU experience.
- Strong knowledge of compressor systems and production equipment.
- Experience using SCADA and other operational technology systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical equipment and identify root causes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds.
