Bilingual logistics assistant is responsible for providing administrative support in a logistics unit or organization. The tasks that they handle may include clerical, warehouse, and customer service, and housekeeping in their area of assignment. Responsibilities: Draft correspondences and other formal documents Email screening Plan and schedule appointments, events and travels Greet and assist onsite guests Answer inbound telephone calls Develop and implement organized filing systems Perform all other office tasks Occasional errands Qualifications: Previous experience in office administration or other related fields Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Must be fluent in Spanish Must have a current Driver License
