Sales Team Lead - UE Sports Specialization

Zimmer Biomet seeks a Sales Team Lead to oversee a territory-based sales team in the upper extremity sports specialization, driving revenue growth through pipeline development, customer relationship building, and team coaching in Minneapolis.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach assigned sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Build and manage sales pipeline through relationship development with surgeons and facilities
Plan and execute local educational and sales events to support business growth
Track leads and sales activities using company systems; report on customer and competitor activity
Provide case coverage support including evening, weekend, and on-call surgical procedures

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 5 years medical device or surgical sales experience
Willingness to travel up to 95% by car with occasional overnight stays
Ability to carry weights up to 50 pounds
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent organizational and detail-oriented approach to task completion

Compensation: $150,000-$250,000 total compensation
