Senior SAS/SQL Programmer (Data Analyst)Location: New York, NYDuration: ContractRate: DOERequired Skills:5+ years of experience in SAS programming and SQL developmentStrong experience developing and maintaining SAS programsExpertise in writing complex SQL queries for large datasetsExperience with ETL, data validation, and data quality processesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience creating reports, dashboards, and KPI metricsKnowledge of SAS stored procedures and viewsExperience troubleshooting batch processing and data interfacesAbility to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsExcellent communication and documentation skillsResponsibilities:Develop and maintain SAS programs for reporting and statistical analysisCreate and optimize SAS stored procedures and viewsDesign and execute complex SQL queriesDevelop and maintain data interfacesTroubleshoot system and batch processing issuesBuild dashboards and reports for business stakeholdersAnalyze data to identify trends and provide business insightsValidate, cleanse, and maintain data qualityDocument technical processes and maintain data dictionariesMentor junior analysts on SAS and SQL best practices
