We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Business Developer to help expand our maintenance portfolio by building strong client partnerships and generating new business opportunities. This position is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on developing relationships, creating solutions for clients, and driving sustainable revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and close new landscape maintenance contracts.
- Conduct property site visits and assess client needs.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Prepare professional, value-based proposals and presentations.
- Represent Pine Lake Companies throughout South Hillsborough, Manatee, and Sarasota counties.
- Develop relationships with property managers, HOA boards, commercial property owners, and other decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and opportunity tracking within Aspire.
- Collaborate with Operations and Estimating teams to ensure accurate project scoping and pricing.
- Provide exceptional communication and follow-up throughout the sales process.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and additional services.
- Experience in business development, sales, account management, or related client-facing roles.
- Landscape industry or property management experience preferred.
- Understanding of landscape maintenance services is highly desirable.
- Experience with CRM systems; Aspire experience is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
