Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Location: Argyle, NY Compensation & Benefits Sign-on bonus of $7,500 Daily Pay through a trusted third‑party provider Premium health coverage through Aetna with low out‑of‑pocket costs Responsibilities Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests Maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations Ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing Manage documentation of resident care services Promote a cooperative relationship among health care teams Requirements Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Strong and positive team leader for all members of the staff Familiar with EHR and prescribing programs Excellent communication skills Basic computer skills Experience is a plus About Washington Center Washington Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is a 122-bed facility located in Argyle, New York.
