What You’ll Do

• Manage a caseload of active family law matters including divorce, legal separation, custody, support, and restraining orders

• Conduct client consultations, develop case strategy, and provide sound legal counsel

• Draft and file motions, pleadings, declarations, and other court documents

• Appear in Orange County Superior Court and other venues as required

• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within MyCase

• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to move cases forward efficiently

• Meet billing requirements and comply with firm policies on time entry and client communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of family law experience in California

• Active California State Bar membership in good standing

• Demonstrated experience managing a caseload independently from consultation through trial

• Strong written and oral advocacy skills

• Experience with high-conflict custody, complex asset division, or domestic violence matters a plus
