Senior Tax Associate — Tax Research & Leadership

Tax Associate (Direct Hire) Location: San Diego, CA (On-site) Compensation: $75k–$115k | Full-Time Responsibilities We are partnered with a CPA firm in San Diego seeking an experienced Tax Associate to join their growing team. This role supports tax engagements, prepares and reviews various tax returns, conducts tax research, and assists with supervising junior staff. Qualifications 3–5 years of public accounting tax experience Accounting degree with 150 CPA-eligible units Strong tax research and compliance skills Desire for long-term growth within a CPA firm Benefits Competitive compensation, strong benefits, and advancement opportunities offered.
