About the Role Pinckney Harmon is looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our Account Management team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicates clearly, and is comfortable managing multiple client deliverables across content platforms, reporting tools, and vendor relationships. You\'ll help ensure client requests are captured accurately, work moves through the pipeline smoothly, and deliverables meet quality standards. What You\'ll Do Translate client communications into clear, organized tasks and help manage workflow through project management tools Review deliverables for quality and accuracy before they go out the door Publish and update content across client-facing platforms (websites, social media, listings, and video) Support paid social efforts, including boosting and promoting content Pull and organize data from CRM and reporting systems to support client and internal analysis Compile and cross-reference client-provided materials (such as promotions or incentives) against other resources for accuracy Coordinate print material orders with vendors, from specs through delivery Assist with broadcast script writing and station submissions Provide general administrative and coordination support to the account management team as needed What You Bring 1–2+ years of experience in marketing, account coordination, or a related support role (agency experience a plus) Strong written communication skills and sharp attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and priorities at once Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana), CMS/content platforms, and CRM systems, or a fast learner if not A proactive mindset with good judgment about when to escalate to the account team Nice to Have Automotive industry marketing experience Experience with print production or vendor coordination Experience drafting or coordinating broadcast/radio content #J-18808-Ljbffr Socket.dev
