YOUR IMPACT

Here's what your typical schedule looks like:

• Monday and Wednesday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Tuesday and Thursday: 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
• Friday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

You're a vital part of our administrative team's success and our continued growth! With a warm and friendly demeanor, you interact with patients and encourage them in their health and wellness journeys. You assist patients with whatever they need, and you take care of tasks like scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and organizing medical paperwork. We also have a virtual front desk, and you check in regularly to keep our schedule and patient files updated. You're not just a customer service master - you're also a capable leader who can manage your team, delegate tasks, and ensure quality work.

OUR IDEAL FRONT DESK MANAGER

We're looking for a reliable person who we can depend on to show up for our patients and staff. A health-conscious mindset is crucial, and our dream candidate exercises regularly to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Here are the minimum qualifications to get started:

• 1+ years of experience in a related position with a medical organization
• Manager position experience/excels in a manager position
• Excellent customer service skills
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent

While not required, experience with electronic health records or a basic understanding of medical insurance/billing would be preferred. Phone etiquette and strong communication skills would be helpful!
