Responsibilities Prepare and assemble sandwiches accurately and efficiently. Operate meat slicer safely. Execute cleaning tasks as outlined in operating procedures. Oversee training of staff. Compensation & Training $14 per hour as a Manager in Training. Raises awarded upon completion of training based on job performance. The four‑week training program includes two weeks of general knowledge followed by two weeks of running shifts. Corporate certification training is also offered. Shift Schedule Second Assistants: 3‑5 closing shifts per week, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. First Assistants: 2 closing shifts and 3 opening shifts weekly, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm. All Assistant Managers must be able to work up to 40 hours. Career Path Manager in Training → Second Assistant → First Assistant → General Manager.
