FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Duties
Help
- Administer accounting systems for managing funds and the adaptation of current or proposed systems and processes.
- Monitor control of funds to ensure the proper accounting treatment of financial transactions.
- Serve as an organizational financial expert for Enterprise systems such as Defense Agency Initiative (DAI), General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), and the Defense Travel System (DTS).
- Recommend how to reallocate resources to improve productivity within assigned resources.
- Provide guidance to management regarding how to use funds in a more cost effective manner in support of their goals.
- Integrate analytical activities related to cost management.
