Licensed Master Social Worker (NY) - Remote - Full Time or Part Time

Overview PM Pediatric Care is seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker to join our Behavioral Health Program. This opportunity will provide comprehensive behavioral health for the common conditions seen in primary care such as depression, anxiety, ADD, and conduct disorders in an extended primary care collaborative model. Schedule Options 5 days 1:00pm-9:00pm M-F 4 days 10‑hour days: two days 11:00am-9:00pm, two days 8:00am-6:00pm Saturday hours also available Part‑time positions = 20 hours per week (benefits eligible) Responsibilities Perform psychosocial assessments that comply with evidence‑based practices. Provide counseling and therapy for patients using evidence‑based treatment modalities. Act as an individual, family, and group therapist. Maintain professional development as required by the licensing board. Complete required documentation and paperwork, including biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning and implementation in a timely manner. Collaborate closely with patients, families, and the care team to overcome obstacles in treatment. Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures. Demonstrate cultural competency and commitment. Respond quickly to urgent or emergent needs. Maintain a caseload of 30‑35 patients weekly and a minimum of 5 patients daily. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field. Relevant therapist license in the state(s) practicing (LMSW‑NY). Experience with pediatric and adolescent patients. Experience providing teletherapy to children and adolescents preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology. Ability to effectively interact, work, and develop meaningful relationships with people of various cultural backgrounds. Knowledge of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent short‑term counseling skills. Experience with discharge planning. Compensation Compensation range: $65,000–$70,000 (dependent upon experience and licensure). Competitive medical benefits package and PTO offered. Additional range noted: $70,000–$75,000.
