People Relations Specialist: Conflict & Engagement
Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries Rehabilitation Center, Inc.
Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries (OVGI) seeks an Employee Relations Specialist to maintain positive employer–employee relationships and handle grievances. The role focuses on policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and supporting engagement efforts. You will work onsite in Cincinnati with travel to store locations as needed. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, 2+ years in HR/employee relations, and knowledge of labor regulations.
