The Area Clinical Manager is part of TransPerfect Health’s leadership team supporting DORs within assigned area sites and supervises all members of the facility rehabilitation team where an acting DOR.2.0DESCRIPTIONProvide clinical and educational support to ensure superior clinical outcomes and community utilizationAssist in recruitment, interviewing and selection of therapy staffSupport, training and orientation Director of Rehab/Therapy staffCompletion, Interpretation, Education and Trend Analysis of facility chart audits within territoryResponsible for utilization growth and development of rehabilitation department within assigned communitiesAssist in maintenance of clinical quality standardsAssist Director of Rehabilitation in the identification and implementation of clinical and community program development needsAssist Director of Rehabilitation and Operation in promoting a positive work environment between employees, client, facilityDeliver Rehabilitation Services: Evaluation and Treatment as indicated based upon licensed scope of practice; maintaining a 25% productivityFunction as Director of Rehabilitation in primary assigned community as indicatedMentor to rehab team membersServe as an additional layer of liaison support between Rehab Department/TransPerfect Health & communityComplete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor3.0REQUIRED SKILLSKnowledge and Proficiency of therapy software, Net Health, and community bases EMR (i.e., PCC, MatrixCare)Detailed knowledge of Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM)Ability to read and interpret clinical and performance management reportingAbility to travel to assigned community sitesAbility to maintain professionalism in all situations4.0REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONSRegistered PT/OT/ST with current state licenseKnowledge of Assigned State Healthcare and CMS regulationsTelehealth5+ Years of leadership role within the Geriatric Rehabilitation Industry5.0DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEClinical and Operation experience within the Senior Living and Geriatric SpaceSupervisory role within the therapy healthcare space #J-18808-Ljbffr TransPerfect
