Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Must possess a current License for Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio. Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance. Must possess acceptable BMV record and background screenings. At least one year of experience in caring for adults preferred. Professional liability insurance is recommended.
