Product Sales Specialist - SLAYER Brand (Seattle)

The Product Sales Specialist is responsible for the commercial development, retention, and growth of the SLAYER brand across the North American market.

The role plays a key part in achieving the brand’s commercial objectives, both in terms of sales volume and quality of distribution, by building strong customer relationships, expanding market reach, and ensuring SLAYER’s premium positioning within the specialty coffee sector.

The role works closely with the Group Brand Team, Global SLAYER Business Developer, Customer Service, and Technical Service teams to ensure high standards of service and support for partners and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with new and existing customers, distributors, and key accounts.
• Achieve sales targets in line with SLAYER’s brand strategy and commercial objectives.
• Work closely with the Global SLAYER Business Developer, Group Brand, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial initiatives.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Technical Support to provide excellent service and support to partners.
• Represent the SLAYER brand at events, product demonstrations, and trade shows, promoting its identity, values, and premium positioning.
• Provide product knowledge and training to partners and internal team members when required.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and recommend actions to drive business growth.
• Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and provide regular reporting on market performance.
• Identify new market trends, business opportunities, and potential areas for growth.

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the specialty coffee, foodservice, hospitality, or professional equipment industry.
• Strong knowledge of the North American coffee market and specialty coffee segment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and key accounts.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Passion for specialty coffee and strong interest in premium coffee equipment and technology.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent a premium brand at events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with international and cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to monitor sales performance, interpret market data, and identify business opportunities.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the North American territory.

Salary Package:

• Base Salary: USD 80,000–90,000 per year
• Performance Bonus: Based on achievement of individual and territory objectives
