This role partners with Spa Management to uphold service excellence, mentor and coaching, support with onboarding and training. This position helps promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and outstanding guest care. This position also leads by example through exceptional technical skills, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous learning and team development.ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality massage therapy services in accordance with Florida law, Hand & Stone standards, and company policiesDelivers exceptional guest experience that promotes client retention, memberships, and referralsMentors and coaches, the Massage Therapist team on treatment quality, professionalism, guest communication, and best practicesAssists Spa Management with onboarding, training and development of Massage TherapistsAids in identifying coaching opportunities and performance improvementsEncourages collaboration between all levels of staff in the spa environment to enhance overall guest experienceMaintains treatment rooms, equipment, linens, and supplies in a clean, safe, and organized mannerEnsures compliance with all sanitation, safety, and state licensing requirementsAssists in resolving guest concerns professionally and promptlyParticipates in meetings, training, and spa eventsLeads by example in professionalism, punctuality, accountability, and teamworkQualificationsCurrent Florida Massage Therapy License in good standingMinimum of 2 years of professional experienceStrong technical knowledge of massage modalities and body mechanicsExcellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skillsPassion for wellness, guest care, and professional developmentAbility to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays when neededBenefitsCompetitive per service compensationEmployee discounts and one quarterly serviceContinuing education and professional development opportunities
