Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $61.10

What You'll Do

• Deliver safe, competent nursing care within the operating room environment.
• Assist in preoperative assessments and prepare patients for surgery.
• Support surgical team with equipment setup and sterile procedures.
• Monitor patient status and respond to intraoperative changes.
• Administer medications and provide post-operative care instructions.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

What You Need

• Required: Current RN license in Louisiana, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Experience: Prior experience working in an operating room or perioperative setting.
• Skills: Strong organizational and critical thinking skills, excellent communication, ability to work under pressure, delegation skills.
• Preferred: Leadership experience or prior supervision in a healthcare setting, basic computer skills.
