Case managers are licensed clinicians who work within a FERPA environment to provide non-clinical case management services. They independently perform the full range of case management responsibilities, working with a diverse student population across a range of academic and personal challenges to collaboratively develop goals and interventions, and emphasize identifying resources for medical, psychological, psychiatric, social, financial, and academic needs. Case Managers also serve as a resource for faculty, staff, and families in support of student well-being. This role provides direct and indirect support to the Student Health Services department and spends dedicated time to provide patient support and advocacy. Salary Range: $90,034.56 - $119,141.28 annually (expected pay up to $100,000.00 annually). Base salary offers depend on education, licensure, certifications, experience, and organizational needs. Work Authorization: Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. UCR is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for staff. Applicants are strongly advised to submit a cover letter and resume. Candidates may also be required to conduct a presentation as part of the interview process. Key Responsibilities Provide support, guidance, and connections for students experiencing distress. Perform full range case management responsibilities with diverse student populations. Collaboratively develop goals and interventions, identifying resources for medical, psychological, psychiatric, social, financial, and academic needs. Serve as a resource for faculty, staff, and families in support of student well‑being. Offer direct and indirect support to the Student Health Services department. Provide patient support and advocacy. Qualifications Licensed clinician with experience in case management. Current work authorization for employment at UCR.
