Case managers are licensed clinicians who work within a FERPA environment to provide non-clinical case management services. They independently perform the full range of case management responsibilities, working with a diverse student population across a range of academic and personal challenges to collaboratively develop goals and interventions, and emphasize identifying resources for medical, psychological, psychiatric, social, financial, and academic needs. Case Managers also serve as a resource for faculty, staff, and families in support of student well-being. This role provides direct and indirect support to the Student Health Services department and spends dedicated time to provide patient support and advocacy. Salary Range: $90,034.56 - $119,141.28 annually (expected pay up to $100,000.00 annually). Base salary offers depend on education, licensure, certifications, experience, and organizational needs. Work Authorization: Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. UCR is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for staff.
