Sales Associate - Central Illinois - Sports Medicine

Sales Associate position supporting Sports Medicine sales representatives at a major medical device company. The role involves promoting Stryker products to healthcare providers, educating clinical staff on product use, and building customer relationships in a field-based territory covering Central Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Support Sales Representatives in promoting and marketing Sports Medicine products
- Educate healthcare providers on product functionality, features, and proper use
- Answer customer questions and differentiate Stryker products from competitors
- Analyze territory market potential and prioritize sales call patterns
- Resolve customer complaints and negotiate pricing terms with accounts
Requirements
- 0-2 years outside sales experience, preferably medical field
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 30% annually
- Proficiency with standard office equipment and software
Compensation: $60,000 base salary plus benefits
