Position Overview Title: Supervisor, Builds Weekend Location: USA – Mesa, 7232 E Elliot Rd Division: Solutions Employment Type: Full Time Position Summary The Builds Supervisor manages labor, planning, and scheduling for inbound, outbound, product slotting, and customer communication. Responsibilities include hiring, training, performance evaluations, and continuous improvement of warehouse operations to meet service and cost objectives. Key Responsibilities Conduct staff meetings and review daily/weekly work activities. Communicate with senior management and client representatives about critical issues. Develop and enforce systems and procedures for safe, profitable operations. Implement cost‑saving measures and suggest operational efficiencies. Meet client KPI requirements and quality system standards. Apply motivational techniques and ensure fair supervision and discipline. Lead hiring, training, and professional development programs. Plan the daily work schedule based on orders and customer instructions. Reorganize warehouse space and adjust staffing or supply levels as needed. Train new staff or delegate training responsibilities. Maintain oversight of job quality and quantity throughout the day. Delegate supervisory duties to leads for lower‑level staff. Update managers on progress and problems daily. Assist in physical operations as required. Deliver results by leveraging team strengths. Drive customer satisfaction through high motivation and focus. Provide growth opportunities and annual performance reviews. Support adherence to SOPs (corporate and client). Qualifications High school diploma or GED. At least 3 years of experience in a logistics, distribution, or related environment. At least 1 year of supervisory experience. Preferred: MHE certification or basic MHE operation knowledge. Required Skills and Knowledge Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with RF scanners and WMS functions. English language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking). Basic mathematical skills for inventory verification. Strong attention to detail and time management. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends. Capacity to adapt to change and work in a fast‑paced environment. Certifications Completion of a forklift training programme. Physical Demands Bending, walking and standing, sitting (as required). Lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds; able to reach, squat, or kneel. Work Environment The work environment is typically low to moderate noise levels with minimal exposure to fumes or chemicals. Compensation and Benefits Expected base pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will depend on experience, skills, and location.
