Qualifications 5+ years of successful General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant. Proven turnaround experience with a track record of improving operations, developing strong teams, and driving measurable results. Experience building systems, processes, and accountability that create consistency and operational excellence. Strong financial acumen, including labor management, food and beverage cost control, inventory, and P&L management. A proven ability to hire, coach, and develop managers into high-performing leaders. The confidence to make sound decisions independently and operate with an ownership mindset. High standards for food quality, cleanliness, guest experience, and team culture.
