Why You’ll Love Working Here Tenured leadership and long-standing team members — a stable, supportive culture where people stay and grow Stand-alone memory care setting that lets you build real relationships and provide focused, one-on-one care Competitive starting pay with credit for experience What You’ll Do Assist residents with daily activities — bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transfers, mobility, medication reminders, and incontinence care Build genuine connections with residents and treat every interaction with warmth and respect Keep accurate care records and follow each resident’s individualized service plan Communicate daily with the Resident Services team to keep care consistent and coordinated Help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents, coworkers, and visitors Support activities and day-to-day operations within the neighborhood What You’ll Need At least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of related healthcare experience Ability to complete required dementia training (for Ensemble/Memory Care programs) Ability to pass a criminal background check Willingness to comply with our drug-free workplace policy Nice to Have CPR/First Aid certification CNA or NA license/certification in good standing (as required by Virginia state law) Experience with computerized resident documentation systems Ready to Make a Difference?
