Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
• Medical card

In this lease-purchase flatbed role you'll haul and secure diverse flatbed freight on regional lanes, manage deliveries, and work toward truck ownership through our one-year lease-to-own option. Pay is 80% of gross with average weekly gross earnings of $7,500–$10,000.

Your Responsibilities:

• Safely transport and secure flatbed loads while following routing and schedule requirements.
• Perform thorough pre/post-trip inspections and keep accurate records.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure on-time service.

You’ll operate 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner equipment, with pet & rider-friendly policies, 24/7 support, and a 90-day test drive.
