Production Supervisor | 2nd Shift | Mon - Thursday | Up to $100k/yr plus 10% bonus potential

Summary:
• Full Time (direct hire, permanent) Production Supervisor position
• Located in Yankton, SD
• Indoor, clean temperature controlled environment
• Supervise 20 team members
• Salary of $85k - $100k/yr based on experience, plus up to 10% bonus potential
• 2nd shift (4:15pm - 2:45am) schedule available
• Monday - Thursday (Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!)

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management or related field strongly preferred
• 5 years of leadership and supervisory experience
• 2 or more years of production or manufacturing experience preferred
• Exceptional leadership abilities, communication skills, analytical skills and decision making skills
