What do you need to work with us? Sincere desire to have meaningful work that inspires you to help others. Great sense of compassion and responsibility. A driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid car insurance. Being at least 18 years old. Experience working with elderly people is desired. Responsibilities: Create and maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and our staff Assist with personal care Companionship Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned Caregiver Benefits: Variety of shifts available for immediate start Competitive pay based on experience (Up to $16) Reliable and flexible scheduling opportunities with part-time or full-time hours, designed to provide steady weekly work (20+ hours). Earn more for premium hours! Weekday nights come with +$1/hr (6 pm to 6 am), weekend days +$1.50/hr (6 am to 6 pm), and weekend nights +$2/hr (6 pm to 6 am), a great way to boost your paycheck.
