Room Attendant / Housekeeper SpringHill Suites by Marriott is seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms and public areas to Marriott brand standards while providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities Clean and service guest rooms according to Marriott standards. Make beds, dust furniture, vacuum, mop floors, and clean bathrooms. Replenish guest supplies, linens, and amenities. Report maintenance issues and lost‑and‑found items. Ensure assigned rooms are completed within target time. Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping carts, storage areas, and work spaces. Provide friendly and professional service to guests when needed. Qualifications Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift. Reliable attendance and punctuality required. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
