All crew members receive cross‑training on every position—register, grill, morning prep, evening close—to create a versatile, team‑based environment. Bonus Unique crew bonus program offers cash bonuses twice a week in addition to hourly pay. Tips Crew members average over $3 per hour in tips on top of hourly rate. Expectations Energy & stamina—team‑based work environment requires high energy. Ability to work at a fast pace—kitchen has high volume with on‑line communication and job rotation. Caring about teammates—working for the team's success as well as personal success.
