Address customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, both over the phone and in person while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.Concierge Support: Take ownership of the customer experience, going above and beyond to ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression.Technical Expertise: Assist in answering technical questions and utilize your knowledge to effectively communicate solutions and options to customers.What We’re Looking For:Service Excellence: Proven track record in service and sales, with a strong focus on achieving high customer satisfaction results.Skills and Experience: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, organized and exceptional communication skills.
