Pay Rate: $12.77 – $16.50 / hour

Job Overview

Caremed Inc. is hiring certified Personal Care Aides (PCAs) for full-time, part-time, and PRN in-home caregiving positions across Central Virginia. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive weekly pay, and local assignment matching to help seniors and individuals with daily living needs remain safe and comfortable at home.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, personal hygiene, and toileting.
Provide safe ambulation, positioning, and transfer support adhering to client care plans.
Prepare nutritious meals, assist with hydration/feeding, provide medication reminders, and perform light housekeeping and laundry.
Offer socialization, emotional support, and one-on-one personal care.
Log accurate electronic care notes/service records, maintain client confidentiality, and communicate updates to the Caremed team.

Qualifications & Requirements

Valid Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification.
Experience preferred, but entry-level applicants with valid certification are welcome.
Ability to pass required employment background screening.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
