Warrior Insurance & Services Group LLC, a growing Independent insurance agency in Monument, CO, is looking for two client-focused Licensed Insurance Agents. As vital members of our team, our Licensed Agents are responsible for so much more than your typical Insurance Agent! They are the liaison between our insurance agency, our carriers, and our clients, and will oversee the agency-client relationship, determine our clients’ needs, and ensure our insurance agency delivers. Warrior Insurance and Services Group LLC is an independent insurance agency serving Colorado Springs, Monument, and the surrounding areas. We offer a unique environment where our team takes the time to ask questions, get to know the client, and ensure we exceed expectations. As an independent insurance broker, we collaborate with clients to determine their individual coverage needs and “shop” major carriers, using technology to simultaneously compare a wide range of carriers to obtain the best value.

As our next Licensed Insurance Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

\n

\n
• Build and maintain a strong business relationship with new and existing clients
\n
• Manage client accounts by providing exceptional customer service
\n
• Work closely with clients to address questions and resolve issues
\n
• Perform inbound and outbound personal and commercial lines insurance sales
\n
• Cross-sell insurance products by offering various types of insurance coverage to meet diverse client needs
\n
• Manage and develop your networking and pipeline
\n
• Deepen client relations by conducting an annual touchpoint; perform maintenance and identify/review those clients needing insurance changes
\n
• Utilize insurance automation technology to make your sales process both efficient and effective
\n
• Actively participate as a member of the team in a collaborative and supportive manner with open communication
\n

\n

We believe a successful Licensed Insurance Agent will have the following:

\n

\n
• Possess a current Property and Casualty Insurance License (P&C) in the state of Colorado
\n
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a P&C sales agent or producer in personal and/or commercial lines insurance
\n
• Previous experience with an Independent Agency strongly preferred
\n
• Working knowledge of Google products
\n
• Experience working with insurance-related technology
\n
• Professional, engaging, and genuine interpersonal and communication skills (listening, verbal and written)
\n
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
\n
• Strong self-initiative to work both independently and collaboratively with a positive attitude
\n
• Excellent follow-up and follow-through
\n
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
