EPIC Analyst

Required Qualifications
- Active/current Epic Resolute Professional Billing certification.
- 4+ years of healthcare experience.
- 4+ years of direct healthcare domain experience in areas such as billing, payment posting, self-pay/insurance follow-up, denial management, customer service, or vendor management.
- 4+ years of subject matter expertise in relevant healthcare applications.
- 4+ years of experience with revenue cycle metrics, KPIs, and process improvement.
- 2+ years of Epic experience with direct client-facing experience.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Epic Patient Estimates Badge or equivalent experience.
- Subject matter expertise in Epic Security – Professional Billing.
- Subject matter expertise in Epic Credits – Professional Billing.
- Completed Epic CEE (Continued Epic Education) to maintain certifications, proficiencies, and badges.
- 4+ years of knowledge of Revenue Cycle policies and procedures.
- 2+ years of demonstrated team management, leadership, and cross-team communication experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
